Hip to Gable Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Erdington, Birmingham to create a bedroom and en suite.  The side hip will be raised to form a new gable with a new uPVC window to allow access and light to the new staircase.  The rear dormer will add height and two uPVC windows will give plenty of natural light to the bedroom and en suite.  A Velux window will also be added to the front elevation of the bedroom.  A storage floor will be added under the remaining eve space accessed by an access door.  Loftstyle will be carrying out the structural element of this conversion and the client will complete the interior.  If you require a full conversion or a part conversion, please give us a call.
