Hip to Gable Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion and re-roof has started on a semi-detached property in Hall Green, Birmingham, West Midlands for a returning client. The stairs will rise above and match the existing stairs giving a natural flow throughout the property. Natural light will be added to the stairwell with a window to the new gable. The master bedroom will benefit from a 6′ 0″ uPVC window to the rear dormer and a Velux window to the front elevation, while the en suite will be fitted with a 4′ 0″ uPVC window. A storage floor will be added under the remaining eave space, ensuring no area is wasted. Loftstyle will also be refurbishing part of the ground floor by adding Velux windows to the kitchen and flat roof windows to the side passage.
