Hip to Gable Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Tamworth to create a master bedroom and en suite. The hip to the side elevation will be raised to form a new gable and a new rear dormer will be constructed. The chimney stack that rises through the loft space will be demolished to give extra space.  The bedroom, en suite and stairwell will all have uPVC windows to give natural light and the bedroom will also benefit from a Velux window. A storage floor will be constructed under the remaining eave space.
