Loft Conversion

A new loft conversion begins today in Knowle, Solihull. This is a hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion and will create a master bedroom and an en suite with maximum bedroom dimensions 24′ 6″ x 17′ 0″ and en suite dimensions 9′ 0″ x 5′ 6″

Tile hung hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion ready for final decoration showing the build process. A master bedroom en suite loft conversion has been created by standing up the hip to form a gable end with a dormer to the rear of the property. The original solid balustrade on the first floor has been changed to match the new stairs rising to the new loft conversion.
