Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a terraced property in Bilston to create a bedroom and en suite. The rear dormer will add the height required for the bedroom and en suite and the chimney that currently runs through the middle of the loft will be demolished to create more space. One wall is to be fitted out with new cupboards and a storage floor will be added under the remaining eave space for extra storage. The stairs will rise above the existing staircase to give a natural flow through the property.
