Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Birmingham, West Midlands to create a master bedroom and en suite. The bedroom will have plenty of natural light from the 7′0″ uPVC window to the dormer and a Velux window to the front roof slope. The en suite will also have plenty of natural light from a 4′0″ uPVC window. Loftstyle will also reposition the existing combination boiler into a new cupboard accessed from the bedroom. The remaining floor space under the front eave will be accessed from the bedroom and a storage floor added. The stairs will rise above the existing stairs.
