Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a detached property in Dudley, West Midlands to create a master bedroom with a dressing area and an en suite. The bedroom and en suite will benefit from natural light with two uPVC windows to the rear dormer. The dressing area with a double wardrobe area will benefit from natural light from a Velux window. The stairs will rise above the existing stairs and a storage floor will be added to the remaining space under the eaves. We are also replacing the existing boiler.
