Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a terraced property in Solihull, West Midlands to create a bedroom with a large gallery landing. The stairs will rise above the existing stairs onto a large open gallery landing with a large window to the rear dormer. The chimney stack which runs through the middle of the loft will be removed to create more space in the bedroom and will benefit from a large window to the rear dormer and a Velux window to the front elevation. A storage floor will be added under the remaining eave space accessed by a hinged door.
