Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands to create a master bedroom and bathroom. The rear dormer will create the height required for the bedroom and bathroom and two uPVC windows will create natural light to both rooms. Two Velux windows to the front roof will give further natural light to the bedroom and stairwell. The stairs will rise over the existing stairs to give a natural flow through the property and a storage floor will be added from the bedroom.
