Side and Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new side and rear dormer loft conversion has started on a detached property in Hollywood, Birmingham to create one bedroom. The dormer to the rear of the property will benefit from a large uPVC window and the front slope of the property will have a Velux window installed. This will give plenty of natural light to the bedroom. The side dormer will allow for the new staircase to the loft bedroom to rise above the existing staircase.  A uPVC window to the side dormer will give natural light to the new stairwell. Two storage floors will be added under the remaining roof slope and will be accessed via two hinged access doors.
